Trying to navigate through everyday life stressors like depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, self-esteem issues, and ADHD related difficulties is tough enough already, and even more so through the added pressures of these unprecedented times we are living through. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. I am a Canadian certified counsellor and Licenced Counselling Therapist-C who is empathetic, authentic and non-judgmental and I’m available to offer supportive therapy using a holistic approach that will be best tailored to help you resolve your unique concerns.
